Food for Thought!

How many servings of fruits should you have in a day?
What will you pick for your snack this afternoon?
Why do you need to eat different colors of fruits?
What is a better snack: Chips or Whole Grain Chips?

    After school I will have apple slices with peanut butter. I should have four servings of fruit a day. It is better for me to have whole grain chips for a snack. I eat different colors of the rainbow because each color has different vitamins and you have to have all of
    those vitamins a day. Today I played all the games on playnormous.
    My favorite was the pyramid game where you need to put all of the foods in order. The foods that are not as important have fewer blocks. I should eat them less. It taught me which foods I should eat more of.
